Yes, we offer basic valuation coverage for your belongings during the move. We also offer additional insurance options for an additional fee.

 The duration of a move depends on the size of your home, the number of items, distance, and any access considerations.  We always provide an estimated timeframe in your quote. 

 Yes. Impact Moving & Cleaning Services provides professional packing supplies, including boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, mattress covers, and moving blankets. Packing supplies can be included as part of our packing services or purchased separately, depending on your needs.

 We accept Zelle, cash, and credit/ debit card payments. Credit/ Debit card payments may include a processing fee. 

 Yes. Impact Moving & Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Customers can verify our registration through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) under Registration Number IM3727. This allows customers to confirm they are working with a compliant and reputable moving company. 

 Yes, to secure your moving date, Impact Moving & Cleaning Services requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit reserves your spot on our schedule. The remaining balance is due once the move is completed.

 Yes, we offer commercial moving services for offices, retail locations, and other businesses. We can move equipment, furniture, and supplies efficiently with minimal downtime. 

 We recommend packing items (if not using our packing services), disconnecting electronics, clearing pathways, and setting aside personal or valuable items you’ll keep with you. 

 Yes. We specialize in moving large and specialty items such as upright pianos, safes, oversized furniture, and fragile pieces. Let us know in advance so we can prepare the proper equipment and crew. 

 Yes, we provide professional junk removal, removing unwanted furniture, appliances, and other household items before, during, or after your move. We donate or recycle items whenever possible.
